Chairman and Founder

Cherif M. Abdallah

A Visionary Business Leader Mr. Cherif M. Abdallah is the founder of Africa Metallic Resources Inc. (AMR) and a highly respected Liberian international business executive. With a proven track record of leadership across multiple sectors and continents, Mr. Abdallah brings decades of strategic insight, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial innovation to every venture he leads. Global Reach & Regional Impact Mr. Abdallah’s business network spans West Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Near and Far East. His leadership philosophy is rooted in cross-border collaboration, long-term value creation, and inclusive economic growth. He is widely recognized for advancing investment-driven development across Africa, especially in Liberia.

Mr. Abdallah also plays a key role in regional business leadership He is an Executive Member of the Liberia Chamber of Commerce, the African Round Table of Business Executives, and a founding member of the African Venture Capital Association In addition, he serves as a director for numerous corporate entities across Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, Mauritius, and the United Arab Emirates He is a former President of the Liberia Petroleum Importers Association, where he contributed to shaping national energy policy and private sector development Mr. Abdallah is an alumnus of American University in Washington, D.C., where he studied Economics and International Relations at the School of International Service (SIS)

T. Nelson Williams is a seasoned energy executive and public sector leader, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Conex Oil & Gas Holdings Ltd – Liberia, one of the region’s leading integrated energy companies. With over two decades of experience spanning petroleum operations, regulatory affairs, and strategic administration, Mr. Williams brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and a track record of performance-driven leadership.

Mr. Oliver Andrews has nearly 45 years’ experience in project development, infrastructure development, investing, public-private partnerships and strategic advisory. He has successfully directed and invested US$10 bn and originated US$100bn of infrastructure deals across the African continent.

John B.S. Davies is Managing Director of Fouta Cement Corporation and a Director of the Conex Fouta Business Group. He is the former CEO of the Liberia Bank for Development & Investment (2012–2022) and past President of the West African Bankers Association, with extensive experience in banking, monetary policy, and fiscal management. He has held senior public roles, including Comptroller and Accountant General of Liberia, and serves on multiple corporate and educational boards.

Z. Wura Abiola is the Managing Director of Management Transformation (MT) and has served clients in the areas of leadership, governance, organizational development, risk management, strategy and public sector policy consulting since 1999. In this capacity, she works extensively across Africa including Gabon, Cote d’ Ivoire, Senegal, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa, developing and nurturing a strong professional network across the continent.
